Today, August 24 2008, IS A GREAT ACHIEVEMENT FOR ME..I just completed my 21km Army Half Marathon run this morning..Needed to report at The Padang by 5.30am for warm-up. Which means that there is no choice but to take cab to report on time. I took cab with zikrul. IT COST 27.60 DOLLARS (INCLUDING MIDNIGHT CHARGE) FROM YISHUN TO CITY HALL MRT! WAD THE F***? I ended up paying 18 dollars!..haixx..I miss my money..lol..nvm..money does not matter much..im just happy dat i have achieved to complete 21km in less than 3 hours..lol..It was a very tiring run..I DID NOT EAT BREAKFAST..NO TIME..I WAS STARVING THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE RUN..!!..lol..luckily..there were sufficient water point..and there is a checkpoint whereby they gave out bannanas!!!..woohoo!!..I was in the competitive category. So we was running with all the NS MEN..most of the NS men had a really quick start and was very fast..we tried to keep up to their pace but wasnt able to catch up..so we decided to run at our own pace..I started to have muscle cramp on my calf when i reached 16km onwards..However, i was well motivated by my NCC Platoonmates during the run and dat kept me going. All of us finished the run within the limited time and we got our medals. SO HAPPY!!..lol..I saw alot of ppl today...Hmm..DANIAL, RAHMAT, HELMI,JONATHAN.. I also saw my frens.. SHI WEI, HUI SZE, SHAWN, FASIHAH, ANDREW, CHARLENE, LI TONG, PEI YI, KUAN YI, TECK WEI, YAN LIN..lol..too many to name..
